Too much pressure, cannot take it anymore. One day I'm gonna let it out. I have to wait till Os's ended, have to carry on.

I had to give school a miss because I have high fever and some stomach flu, a real bad stomach flu. So this stomach flu I experienced had kept me massaging my stomach forever! Needle piercing through my abdomen, and several diarrhea in a day. See how I lost 3 kilograms in a day? If you want to loose some mass and keep healthy, DON'T starve yourself and follow this technic. It's not healthy at all, and it's painful. So keep doing the excises, and a good meal.
